Responsibilities – Estimation/contracting/rate analysis / DSR  /Quantity Survey / Execution of industrial buildings required ,

Min  3~5  years in contracting .  Good analytical /negotiation skills /experience in Excel, preferred, MS Office & related software like MSP .
